Check back for Details.Safe Haven is a county wide "No Kill" Humane Society supported entirely by community donations and dedicated volunteers. Our mission is to provide temporary homes and medical treatment for the unwanted and abused companion animals of Jo Daviess County, Illinois, to find them permanent homes and reduce the feral cat population humanely through spaying and neutering. Please help us meet our goal of "No More Homeless Pets" in Jo Daviess County.
